What will I learn? … This workshop will prepare you to work independently to design and complete expression assays, genome assembly and the basics of genome analysis. Course goals are to provide students with the knowledge and confidence to use existing informatics tools and be able to learn new tools when they become available. Students leaving the course will have the confidence to approach data questions from a creative problem-solving mindset.
